Intolerance is good.

Being intollerent has been spoken in so many occasions in the recent past that actually the benefits are being under valued.

Let me explain.

I'm working on making some habits, good habits, lets say, walking , yeah I love seeing sunrise and the lake and the birds chirping and all that.

I go for a walk 2 days and I miss the 3rd day.

I feel bad, rather uncomfortable that I'm not accountable to myself blah blah.

I miss the 4th day. I am.not feeing so bad now. My mind already tells that the excuse is valid and genuine and it's okay.

I miss the 5th day. Now I'm very comfortable. I don't feel bad. I don't feel uncomfortable.

Why!!!!

I became tolerant to myself. Not doing something. Or doing something..

Just imagine if it was my kid and the habit  that it makes is the eat a fruit or drink a glass of milk before sleep and it skips for 3 4 days.

We will not be okay with it.. right!!

One more example.

I really don't understand if being stressful became the new " hard work" but I hear a lot , a LOT of people complain about increasing stress levels effecting their health relationships and work.

My question is, why are you tolerating so much stress. The first sign of stress be it uncomfortable feeling or your family asking you to take a vacation or you feel like quitting it all, whatever.. do not tolerate it.

Just stop.

Stop

STOP

Think. Pluck it at the bud stage and throw it away.

So yes.. be intolerant.. to unhealthy life.

Live life worth living...

Withdrawal

The phase of life, when you actively, consciously withdraw yourself from love and hate.  The moments when nothing seems to reach your heart....
