Was hearing to an interview with Simon Sinek with Tom Bilyeu.
Simon sinek mentioned a few characteristics of Millenials (born after 1984) which makes them difficult to manage.
Instant gratification, entitled, narcissist, self-centered, lazy......
The reasons being Parenting, technology, impatience, and the environment.
And Parenting is one major thing I am working on. Working on a huge module of the curriculum in place. Rules, how to teach certain principles in life, how to live as a principle-centered person etc etc.
